Policies can be amended by leadership at any time when there’s a need for it. However these changes (with the exception of any DKP policy changes) will not retroactively affect any decision made.

 

For an amendment to a current policy the process will be the following:

 

-                     The request or situation at it address should be evaluated.

-                     The change (or new policy) will be posted for discussion by leadership and will be up for 3 days.

-                     After the change is polished and approved it will be posted for all the members to see as well as the explanation of the reasons for the change or new policy.
