A) Guild Bank Tabs
1) Up For Grabs: This tab allows all guild members to put items in, and take items out. This is good for quickly sending an item to another account, or simply to offload items that you think would be useful to others, but not valuable enough to warrant a secure donation.
2) Donations: This tab allows everyone to put items in, but only officers can withdraw the items. This is a secure donation system that is good for anything you want to give to the guild and allow the officers to manage. Repair bots, pots, mats, and food are examples of what could go in here.
3) Raiding Supplies: Anyone can deposit items, but only raiders and up can withdraw. This tab is intended for supplied that raiders would use during a raid like food, wizard oils, pots, sharpening stones, rubber duckies, etc
4) Officers Only: This tab is only viewable by officers. It contains items acquired and donated to the guild that only officers should see like void crystals and special tokens from instances. The officers determine how best to utilize these items, and some are available for request via the forums.
B) Withdraws and Deposits
1) Recruits and below can't withdraw any items from the guild bank.
2) Alt and Friends are limited to one withdraw a day from the "Up for Grabs Tab"
3) Brothers can withdraw up to five stacks a day from the "Up for Grabs tab" and three stacks from the "Raiding Supplies" tab.
4) Please place items for raids (potion, herb donations) and void crystals from raids on the "Donations" tab. Any thing that is a free for all should go in "Up For Grabs" tab.
5) Gold donations can be done via the "Deposit" button.
C) Requests
All requests for items on the private tabs (officers and donations should me made in this thread
