A) DKP

The most recent DKP Rules changes will be bolded and yellow.
1) Loot will be done based on a DKP system. Item values and raid values are available on the guild’s webpage.

2) Items will be awarded to the bidder with the highest unused DKP based on the following priority:

a) Spec Priority

i. Main Spec
ii. Off Spec

-Offspec items do not cost any DKP, however the individual taking the offspec item must pay the price of DKP in Gold. (An item that costs 10 DKP will cost 10 gold).
-Bids for offspec items can be placed once there are no bids for main spec loot, and the call for offspec has been announced.
-Loot priority for offspec items is the same as main Spec Items.

b) Loot Priority

i. Active Raiders
ii. Inactive Raiders & Recruits
iii. Friend Status
iv. Alts & Offspec

c) Anyone with negative DKP under 100 loses priority (rank and spec).

3) On average DKP will be entered right before the next raiding day. In the event where a raid has not been entered, loot that was awarded will be considered in determining who has higher DKP, although the amount earned will not be.

4) DKP Bonuses and incentives

a) On-Time Bonus
The on time bonus is awarded to those who are inside the instance and ready to go by the designated raid start time. The on time bonus is worth one (1) dkp to those who meet this criteria. Officers may make exceptions to this rule if necessary.

An example of an exception would be:
An officer asked a member to go respec for the raid, and it causes them to be late, they would be awarded the on time bonus.

b) Incentives may be offered by the leadership periodically, with no more than one active incentive at time. Incentives will be announced ahead of time, either by forum post, guildmotd, or in the event signup.

c) Boss values each have a static value, if the guild gets stuck on a boss, the officer team may offer an incentive to down the boss.

c) If the guild attempts bosses not downed before, a 2 DKP bonus will be awarded to all raiders who are present for all of the attempts of the night.

d) Other bonuses can be awarded at the discretion of the raid leader.

5) When a raid fills up the raid leader will ask for members willing to be in the waiting list. These are expected to be ready to go in the raid at any time as soon as a spot opens up. There’s also times when people will be asked to sit out to get certain classes needed for a particular boss into the raid. Both wait list members and people sitting out will earn full DKP as the rest of the members in the actual raid. If someone is placed on the waiting list before designated raid start time and the raid is full, they will be eligible for the on time bonus.

6) DKP is separated in three categories, tier 5 and below, tier 6 and tier 7 and above. DKP earned for encounters before tier 6 can only be spent on tier 5 and below and vice versa.

B) Guild sponsored non DKP raids

1) Loot distribution will be done based on rolls following the same priority as DKP awards regarding specs and ranks.

2) A person can only win one (or two items depending on the amount of bosses in the raid like Karazhan for example) for his spec unless the items are going to get disenchanted. Items for offspec do not count for this total.

C) Unofficial raids

All unofficial raids are encouraged to follow the non DKP raid guidelines however the final decision lies in the hands of the raid leader.

D) Raid Attendance

1)Raid Attendance will be calculated based on a sixty (60) day attendance.

2) The raid attendance is calculated by: How many raids attended divided by how many raids possible in the past 60 days.

3) Raiders will be considered inactive if their 60 day raiding attendance drops below sixty percent (60%). This will drop their loot priority down to the second tier (see above).
