In The Brotherhood we encourage everyone to play a character and spec that they enjoy. However as a progression oriented guild there's certain needs that need to be covered. If a member wants to change his main for raiding purposes a request must be made which will be evaluated based on the current guild needs and the character's gear. If the request is accepted these new main characters will go through a 15 day evaluation period to assess their skill on that class/spec. On this period they will not be eligible to win items over other members. After the end of the period if it's determined that the person is a quality player on this new class/spec and will be an asset to the guild the change will be formally approved. Members on their probationary period are not allowed to request a main change.
